General payment conditions
The registration fee for the official APTIS or FCE exams is not included in the course fees.
The amount, which includes course fees and materials will be refunded in full if, for any reason assigned to the university college, the course does not take place. In the event of withdrawal notified by the student, CESAG will not refund the amount paid unless there is a just and documented reason. In this case it will be assessed by CESAG’s Director, who will determine whether or not to refund the money (either the full amount or with a deduction).
Payment is possible in two ways:
- By bank transfer. Bank account number of Sabadell Atlántico Bank ES31 0081 0486 5500 0117 7521. Once made, send the receipt of bank transfer by mail to administracio@cesag.org, or e-mail it with the date and amount paid, or deliver the receipt in person to the Administration. On the bank transfer specify the name of the student followed by the word “INGLES”.
- In cash. Payment at CESAG’s Administration Department. Call 971 792818 to make an appointment.
Aim
The aim of this intensive course is to get to know the parts of the APTIS exam, which will be held 20 July 2025 by the British Council, to work on concentration, and to review the main points of English level B2.

Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) about APTIS
1.- How long does the exam last?
The exam lasts a maximum of 4 hours.
2.- How many parts does it have?
The test has five parts: speaking, grammar and vocabulary, reading, listening and writing. The maximum duration of each part is as follows:
Speaking: 12 min
Grammar and Vocabulary (Core): 25 min
Reading: 35 min
Listening: 40 min
Writing: 50 min
3- When will I get the results?
You will receive the results by email within a week.
4- What do I need to bring on the day of the exam?
All you need to bring is your valid ID card or passport.
5- How is a computer-based oral examination conducted?
You will be provided with a microphone to record your voice. Before the test starts, you will have to take a sound test, so you should arrive 30 minutes before the exam starts. You will see some questions or situations on the computer screen and you will have to answer them in a time determined by a timer. Once you have answered each question, you cannot go back and change your answer.

7- How many times can I take the exam?
A candidate can take as many calls as they want until they achieve the desired level since each call is independent of the previous one.
