  1. My academic transcript has been classified as in abeyance.<\/strong> The transcript<\/a> is the part which records all the continuous assessment elements of the subject and class attendance. In this case, you cannot enrol for the subject from the later year of your course. Enrol only for the subject you have failed.<\/li>\n
  2. My academic transcript has been classified as a pass.<\/strong> In this case, you may be able to combine the two subjects and not to attend the classes for the subject you had failed. In any case, it is important to look in detail at the regulations and the degree to which the timetables coincide.\n

    It is essential that you discuss the situation with the teacher for the subject you have failed and that you do this before the enrolment process<\/strong>, so that the teacher can come to an agreement with you, if necessary, about tutorials or student-monitoring action. If it is the second time that the student has failed that subject, the student must go to the class, do and submit all the elements of the continuous assessment, and sit the exam again. Remember that failing to attend the class for one subject in order to attend classes for another subject from a previous year of the course shall not be considered justified<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    1. You pay a deposit of \u20ac25.00 at Administration<\/strong> to access the service. Three copies are made of your proof of payment: one for you, another is kept by Administration and the other you give to the Audiovisual Office (just next to the entrance to the Library).<\/li>\n
    2. You create a user profile<\/strong> in the Audiovisual portal for University College Alberta Gim\u00e9nez (CESAG)<\/a>. This is your space for borrowing material and booking use of the television and radio studios.<\/li>\n
    3. You make an online booking<\/strong> for the equipment you need. Consult the regulations on lending<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    4. You receive a notification by email<\/strong> to inform you that the material is available for you.<\/li>\n
    5. You collect the equipment you had requested from the Audiovisual Office<\/strong> during its opening hours: Monday and Thursday, from 15:00 to 17:00, and Wednesday, from 16:00 to 17:00.<\/li>\n
    6. The loan is for 72 hours (three days).<\/strong> You must return the material to the same place as where you collected it from.<\/li>\n
    7. You can request a renewal <\/strong> of the loan if there is availability<\/strong>. Priority is always given to ensuring there is enough equipment for our courses\u2019 practical sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
